We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.

No, purchased hours never expire.
Hours can be used for small projects (less than 5 hours) and site adjustments. For website issues and problems we strive to complete requests within 5 business days. For larger projects please contact our project manager (firstname.lastname@example.org)
